During our family vacation at Residence Inn, we discovered an inviting atmosphere where the staff made us feel right at home. Their local knowledge proved invaluable for our visit to the Indy 500, ensuring a seamless experience. The room exceeded our expectations, well-equipped for cooking and dining.While the hotel might not match the pristine condition of others in the area, our suite offered ample space and essential comforts. The staff's prompt retrieval of a forgotten bag showcased their attentiveness. Breakfast, although not our favorite, provided a decent start to our days.We appreciated the family-friendly amenities, particularly the gym and basketball activities, catering to both parents and kids alike. The convenient location near cultural highlights like the Center for the Performing Arts added depth to our trip. Residence Inn offered a welcoming environment, ideal for families seeking a cozy retreat.Our stay may have had its minor hiccups, but the warm hospitality and well-rounded offerings truly made it a memorable experience.
